I went to NC last Saturday for a baby shower. These are a couple of pics of some lovely ladies that I just adore! Amanda, Dawn, and Angie are just a few of the wonderful friends I made while we were there. I miss them so much! Angie is having a baby girl in June. I am due in August. Her son is also just a few months older than Connor, so our kids are so close in age!! Too cool...

Nursery

This is the bedding I picked out. Very plain and simple. I may add some monograms and spice up the crib sheet a bit. Unfortunately it is backordered until after her due date! Just my luck! So we are going to have it made. For now we can at least paint the room I guess! We are going with the light pink one.

Week at the beach

We spent the week at Holden Beach, NC last week. We had so much fun with Will's brother Tripp and his wife Brandi. Connor enjoyed playing with his cousins Ella and Sophia. We had such a great time, but I think next year we should take some babysitters!!haha

I had another routine appt today. Oh what fun to get a chance to hop on the scales. All I can say is, there will be some major dieting in my future!! I will have another ultrasound in three weeks, so we'll see what that reveals. I am sure everything will be fine though!! We have pretty much decided on her name....Elliot Anne. This is certainly subject to change though. I just can't make up my mind!!
